Unplug the appliances on that circuit and reset the switch. If it holds, plug them back in one at a time to find the one causing the trip. Faulty appliances, water in electrical fittings and rodent damage to cables are common causes. If it will not stay on or keeps happening, call us. Never bypass or tape over a safety switch.

The Queensland Electrical Safety Office says to always use a licensed electrician for electrical work, including small jobs like installing a power point. It is not worth the risk to you or your home.
